Warranty Policy — Blip Europe

At Blip, we design products built to last. Every Blip device is tested for durability, reliability, and safety before it reaches you. This Warranty Policy explains the coverage, process, and conditions for support under warranty.

1. Warranty Coverage

Blip products come with a 2-year international limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

The warranty covers:

  • Electronic component failures
  • Manufacturing or assembly defects
  • Motor or mechanical failures under normal operation

2. Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

  • Improper installation, misuse, or negligence
  • Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or alterations
  • Use of non-approved accessories or parts
  • Damage caused by accidents, impact, fire, or water
  • Normal wear and tear, such as scratches, fading, or battery depletion over time

Cosmetic imperfections or minor deviations that do not affect functionality are not covered under warranty.

3. Warranty Period

The warranty period begins on the date of purchase shown on your original receipt or invoice. If your product is replaced under warranty, the replacement item continues the original coverage period — it does not restart a new warranty term.

4. Making a Warranty Claim

To request warranty service, please contact our support team at support@bliplock.com with:

  • Your order number or proof of purchase
  • A detailed description of the issue
  • Photos or a short video showing the problem (if applicable)

Once your claim is verified, we’ll provide return instructions or troubleshooting guidance. If covered, we’ll repair or replace the product at no cost to you within the EU.

5. Shipping Costs

For valid warranty claims within the European Union, Blip covers all shipping costs related to repair or replacement. For claims outside the EU, shipping fees may apply based on location.

6. Repairs and Replacements

Depending on the nature of the issue, Blip may:

  • Repair the affected product using new or refurbished parts
  • Replace it with an equivalent new or refurbished model
  • Offer a partial or full refund if repair or replacement is not possible

Replacement products assume the remaining warranty period of the original item.

7. Product Authenticity

This warranty applies only to authentic Blip products purchased directly from bliplock.com or authorized retailers. Products bought from unauthorized sellers or marketplaces may not be eligible for warranty coverage.

8. Limitation of Liability

Blip’s liability under this warranty is limited solely to the repair or replacement of defective products. Blip shall not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss or lost profits, arising from product failure or misuse.

9. Legal Rights

This warranty provides specific legal rights which may vary depending on your country of residence. In the European Union, this warranty exists in addition to any consumer rights provided by local law.
