Thank you for shopping at bliplock.com. We aim to deliver your order quickly, securely, and transparently. The following terms outline our shipping process and conditions.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 24–48 hours on business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be shipped the next business day. The estimated delivery time within the EU is 2–5 business days.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email.
Note: Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, we can no longer modify or cancel it.

within 24 hours of placing your order.
2. Shipping Areas & Fees

We currently ship only to valid street addresses. Shipments to P.O. boxes, military, or fleet addresses are not supported.
3. Carriers
We work with trusted EU logistics partners such as GLS, DPD, and UPS to ensure fast and reliable delivery. Carriers are automatically selected for the most efficient service based on destination. Specific carrier requests cannot be accommodated.
4. Tracking Your Order
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order leaves our warehouse.
Tracking information usually becomes active within 24–48 hours.
If your tracking hasn’t updated after 7 business days, please contact
support@bliplock.com.
5. Multiple-Item Orders
If your order includes multiple products, they may ship separately depending on stock location or availability. You’ll receive individual tracking emails for each shipment.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact support@bliplock.com within 7 business days of delivery. Keep the original packaging — it may be required for inspection or replacement. We’ll replace or refund the affected item promptly once verified.
7. Lost or Misdelivered Packages
Blip is not responsible for losses resulting from incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If a parcel is delayed or lost by the carrier, our support team will assist you in filing a claim and finding a quick resolution.
8. Policy Updates
Blip reserves the right to update this Shipping Policy when necessary. The most current version will always be available at bliplock.com. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined above.
