1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order. If you’re not satisfied with your Eva Mini, you can return it for a full refund.

Eligibility:

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) is required.

How to request a return:

  1. Email support@bliplock.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll provide a return authorization and shipping instructions.
  3. Once we receive and inspect your item, your refund will be processed within 3 business days.

EU customers enjoy free return shipping. For returns outside the EU, standard courier rates may apply.

2. Exchanges & Replacements

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 business days of delivery at support@bliplock.com. Include photos or a short video showing the issue to speed up the process. Once verified, we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.

3. Warranty Coverage

All Blip products come with a 2-year international warranty, covering:

  • Manufacturing or assembly defects
  • Electronic or motor failures under normal use

Warranty exclusions:

  • Damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, or third-party accessories
  • Cosmetic wear and tear
  • Products modified without authorization

If your product develops a fault within the warranty period, we’ll repair or replace it free of charge.

4. Refund Timeline

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3 business days after approval. Depending on your bank or card provider, funds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or installed locks with visible wear
  • Custom or promotional bundles once used
  • Gift cards or digital products
